Advancing Organizational Integrity through Ethical Governance and Responsible Business Conduct

Intensifying global scrutiny of corporate behaviour has positioned ethical governance and organizational integrity at the centre of contemporary management research. Ethical failures across industries reveal that traditional compliance models are insufficient, and organizations must adopt more comprehensive frameworks that embed ethics into culture, leadership behaviour, and operational systems. This study synthesizes recent scholarship to illuminate how organizations can strengthen ethical governance in the face of cultural contradictions, inconsistent accountability, digital ethics challenges, and evolving stakeholder expectations. The analysis demonstrates that integrity is sustained when governance mechanisms align with cultural values, leadership exemplifies ethical conduct, and responsible business practices are reinforced through transparent and participatory systems. The study advances this understanding by proposing integrated strategic suggestions that address cultural realignment, ethical leadership development, digital ethics governance, stakeholder engagement, and structural reforms. Collectively, these insights contribute to a deeper theoretical understanding of integrity driven governance and offer practical pathways for organizations striving to enhance ethical resilience and responsible conduct in increasingly complex environments.
